Im Jahre 1997 AD zogen wir nach Ingolstadt. 1998 erhielt ich durch die dortige FeG die Berufung in den geistlichen Dienst. 1999 erhielt ich sowohl die Zusage eines Stipendiums als auch einer Medizintechnik-Teilzeitstelle. 2000, es war Februar, konnte ich mit dem Studium beginnen. 2006, es war Juni, war das Studium fertig. Fast. Wegen des Reisedienstes fehlten noch ein Griechischkurs und ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Dies wurde in Schweden peu à peu nachgeholt und letztes Jahr eingereicht. Und Ihr glaubt nicht, was ich heute, nach acht Jahren, in unserer Post fand… 
It was the year of our Lord 1997 when we moved to Ingolstadt. 1998 I received through our local church there, the FeG Ingolstadt, God’s call into the ministry. 1999 I received both a scholarship and a promise of a part time job as a biomedical engineer. 2000, it was February, I could start with both the part time job and my theological studies. 2006, it was June, I was done. Almost. Because of our fundraising I had not been able to do the last Greek course and a small internship. I could catch up with that in Sweden last year. And do you believe what I found in our post box today – after eight years…???!!
