Das heiβt Sportferien und die sind jedes Jahr in der 7. Woche. „Woche 7“ ist jährlich groβe Ferienwoche in Skandinavien und dieses Jahr hatten wir selbst die Gelegenheit, sportzuloveln. Wir konnten eine Familie und einen Kollegen in eine Ferienhütte in Norwegen begleiten, wo wir zum ersten Mal so richtig Winter hatten. Minus 16 Grad, meterhoch Schnee, Sonnenschein (!!), blauer, wolkenloser Himmel!!! Karen und die Kinder konnten Skifahren, ich habe eine Menge gelesen und konnte dies beim Langlauf hervorragend verdauen. Absehen davon, dass unser Auto einmal auf vereistem Weg stecken geblieben ist (Der Bauer musste uns wieder rausziehen, es taugt halt nichts ohne Allrad… Und das nächste Mal kaufe ich Spikes!) war es eine absolut starke, paradiesische Woche!
„Sportlov“
Sportlov means sport vacation and that’s every 7th week of the year. “Week 7” is one big holiday in Scandinavia. This year we had the opportunity to join a family and a colleague to a very nice cottage in Norway. And here we had winter for the first time! Minus 16 degrees Centigrade, meters of snow, sunshine (!!), blue sky!!!. Karen and the children could go skiing, I had a lot of time to read and to process all on cross country tours. Apart from the fact that our car got once stuck on an icy road (a farmer had to pull us our again – I’m still grieving for our 4WD which broke down in 2006. And the next time I get at least studded tires!) we had a wonderful, magnificent, heavenly week!
